Every ilailai package travels to your home with the same mindful attention we put into creating each piece.
Shipping Carrier
We use Packlinkpro to manage all our shipments, ensuring professional service and full tracking.
Shipping Zones & Costs
- Spain (mainland): €6 (free on orders over €60)
- Balearic Islands: €7 (free on orders over €60)
- Canary Islands: €9 (free on orders over €60)
- Europe: €10 (free on orders over €100)
- Rest of the world: €40 (free on orders over €150)
Delivery Times
- Spain (mainland): 2–4 business days
- Balearic Islands: 3–6 business days
- Canary Islands: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number
- Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays will be processed the following Monday
Conscious Packaging
- We use recyclable and biodegradable materials
- Minimal yet secure packaging to protect your garments
Tracking
- All deliveries include a tracking number
- You will receive updates on the status of your shipment

Customs Responsibility
For shipments outside the European Union:
- The customer is responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes
- These costs are not included in the order price
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our commitment to your satisfaction
At ilailai, we honor every purchase with the same care we put into creating our pieces. We understand that every child is unique, and we want to ensure they find the perfect comfort in our garments.
Returns
- Period: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags intact - Process: Contact us at wecare@ilailai.com and we will provide return instructions
- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Scope: We accept returns from any country where we ship
Exchanges
- Exchanges for size within the first 30 days
- Items must retain all original tags in perfect condition and be unused
- We process exchanges within 3–5 business days after receiving the item
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
- We process refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and verified
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns on all items as long as:
- They are unused and in perfect condition
- They retain all original tags in perfect condition
- The return is requested within the 30-day period
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately
- We will issue an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs
- We will cover all return costs
Quality Guarantee
- 12-month guarantee for manufacturing defects (seams, excessive shrinkage)
- The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear
